The Camp Voyager is a ski mountaineering helmet compliant with the ISMF regulation which provides for double approval to the standards EN 12492 (mountaineering) and EN 1077 / B (alpine skiing). The double certification guarantees a higher safety standard for athletes and enthusiasts, ensuring in particular high protection from side impacts.
To pass the stringent tests required by the EN 1077 / B standard, the Voyager features an in-mold construction that combines the advantages of this technology with the hard-shell one: outer shell in extremely hard and impact-resistant plastic material (ABS), core interior in expanded polystyrene (EPS) reinforced with a layer of polycarbonate (PC) to absorb shocks and ensure further resistance. Comfort is ensured by the 17 openings, the breathable base padding and the possibility of replacing it with the anti-sweat foam kit consisting of an upper part, a neck (to cover the adjustment wheel) and a front (supplied in two different thicknesses, 5 and 10 mm, for maximum customization). The removable earmuff is hooked and unhooked by means of lateral joints.
To highlight the exclusive lamp holder / goggle holder system equipped with 3 elastics (2 side and 1 rear) that allow you to quickly fix, even when wearing gloves and without removing the helmet, or one or the other accessory. The Voyager is also equipped with an internal RECCO® reflector which in the event of an avalanche, accident or loss of orientation makes the ski mountaineer traceable by mountain rescue operators equipped with a RECCO® detector (attention: this technology does not replace the Artva in any way). .
